Tikka Masala, Future Home of the Living God, and Romantic Advice

We are not big Valentine's Day celebrants. So when I got home last night and just really wanted tikka masala, that was totally on the table. The only question was: chicken or tofu? Because it was Valentine's Day, because we love each other, and because I had the foresight to buy both last week (small victories), we compromised and figured out how to make tikka masala with multiple proteins. And thus, with many tips for a happy romance (at least as far as food and books are concerned), Valentine's Day 2018 is behind us (although that tofu tikka masala will last at least a day more), and it's time to move on to other things.
